Please read these terms carefully before using Lipi.

1. Who We Are

Lipi is a product of RenderLogic ("RenderLogic", "we", "us"). RenderLogic operates the website at heylipi.com, distributes the Lipi applications, and is the legal entity responsible for all billing. Charges for Lipi subscriptions and licenses will appear on your bank or card statement under RenderLogic.

2. License & Usage

By accessing the website at heylipi.com and purchasing a license to the Lipi software, you agree to be bound by these terms. Lipi is provided as an on-device local voice dictation client. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to run the software on your devices in accordance with your subscription level.

3. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. RenderLogic is the merchant of record: the descriptor on your statement may show RenderLogic rather than Lipi. Prices shown on the pricing page are the amounts charged per billing period. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; you keep access for the period already paid.
